Being that this tournament is an invitational there’s only 120 golfers in the field. But still top 70 and ties make the cut. This is a great tournament with most of the best players in the world. The fairways here are fairly easy to hit being pretty wide. But you need to hit them cause they are lined with thick trees, a shit ton of bunkers, and water. There’s water on 8 holes. The ruff isn’t too bad here but don’t wanna be in it. This is a 2nd shot course so the approach game will be important. There are holes that these guys will layup on and get driver out of their hand. Being a bomber here definitely has its advantages but not a must. Being in the fairway is a must. Should be more scoring this week. All but one of the par 4’s play over par but there will still be some birdies there. And eagle opportunities on the par 5 16th. Not a easy course by no means but easier then last week. The greens here aren’t small but still can be tuff with plenty of slopes. They aren’t slow greens but not incredibly fast either
